Jenelle has been extremely kind, transparent and informative throughout the entire process from quoting to installation, and she made sure the grass was installed by our preferred date.
The installers Nathan and Bryan were absolute legends! They turned up on time, and got our entire backyard done to the highest standard in a single days work. The attention to detail to trim around each wave in our colorbond fencing and around all of our drain pipes was great! They did a thorough clean up before leaving and left our place spotless!

Whereas two other businesses did not get back to me. Janelle sent Hock, the quotation man. He came at the time arranged (within a hour time frame, not morning or afternoon). Hock was polite friendly and efficient. The quote was fair, for the job so we went ahead. The work was done the next week by a team of 3 men in 3-4 hours.
